There are 3 Phases each round: Event Phase, Founder Phase, and Salary Phase.

Event Phase

This phase starts the round. It sets the Market Condition for the round.

Founder Phase

After the Event Phase, each players then takes turn during the Founder Phase. This is where each players strategize and take actions.

Salary Roll

This phase ends the round. This happens after all players have completed their Founder Phase.

The round is then completes, and the next round begins with the next Event Phase.
