Winning the Game

If any player reaches 10 IPO Points at any time, check for victory immediately. If only one player has 10+ points, they win. If multiple players have 10+, use tie-breakers below.

End Timing

The game ends after resolving the final Event card. Finish that round (including Salary Roll), then the game ends. The player with the most IPO Points wins.

Tie-breakers

If multiple players reach 10 IPO Points simultaneously, or if the game ends with multiple players tied for the highest IPO Points, resolve ties in this order:

• Most IPO Points
• Most completed Unicorn products
• Most employees
• Most cash

If still tied, players share the victory.
